"Looking for free secure car parking at Saturday's match against Charlton where you will be able to get away quickly afterwards? Well look no further..."

Above in a link on the bcfc.com homepage, if you click it you'll see...

"There is parking available for 2,000 and the cost is £3 a car, £2 motorbikes, £10 mini buses and £20 coaches."

Reminded me of our £10m player Forsell ;)

Or is this more in the Karren Brady marketing speak, something like "the parkings free but it costs £3 to walk on the land". :ph43r:

u have lost me?

Seems like a perfectly good bit of news, not sure how far the walk is from there, but surely better than nothing.

and not total rip off like the one that charges £6 per car.... (nothing to do with BCFC)

I think that point was the original statement said

"Looking for free secure car parking at Saturday's match against Charlton where you will be able to get away quickly afterwards? Well look no further..."

and it then went on to say that a charge of £3 would be made for parking. Hardly free is it?

Sorry it just tickled me, I was very suprised to read the sentence on the front page that the club were supplying free car parking. Turned out it was too good to be true!

oh i c, a play on the word "free" sounding like " three", and a reference to DS stating we were getting a £10m player when we got forrsell, £3m+ wages etc....

silly me for that going over my head eh?

Still nobody has cottoned on to our parking spot,we`ve parked in the same place for the last 3/4 seasons and no-one else parks there. Its IS free (no £3 surcharge  ) it takes us less than 10min to the Tilton and we`re down on the asda island on the Cov approx 15min after the match, providing we dont stop for a beer en route.

God i`m smug!!! B)
