It is time we got a new manager in I am afraid. As much as I have supported Steve and what he has done for my beloved club I don't see him taking us forward in the future.

I think he has a career in tv commercials though but I am afraid not as an english premiership manager.

Sorry Steve but I wasn't gargling today I was sobbing in my beer. To lose so many home games this season with the players we now have is just unacceptable.

The problem we have at this club is the board made up their minds a long time ago that Bruce is a top quality manager
They are blind to the fact that he may not be the right man for the job

There is something very wrong at the moment.

With the amount of top quality players we have loosing 3 concsecutive home games to the likes of man city, middlesbrough and charlton is just disgusting.

Even in the game at albion which we won we were fortunate the baggies missed a bagful of chances in the second half and we only just managed to hold on.

And yet again no Killkenny on the bench, bruce went with izzet & clemence instead. Pathetic.

It's not. I'd prefer a manager who could make players like Jankulovski, Pizarro, Mutu, or Clichy, Fabregas, Ashley Cole, Owusu-Abeyie, Lupoli, Giggs etc out of nothing, but we won't find him (but our youth academy is !"£$ because we can't fund first team signings and youth signings).

Wenger consistently built like Bruce did, all their players cost the same fees ours did, it took them a while to get a starting 11 and it'll take us a few seasons.

I said Bent would slaughter us, who's calling me a moaner now? The board should of invested, and took the money back end of season. Bigger players might be availible, but we'll be playing !"£$ until then. Ahh well, too late to moan.

PMSLOL

How on Earth can you say Bruce has taken us as far as he can? We're not Man Utd you know.

We've been a Premiership club for 3 whole seasons, he's been our manager just under 4 years. Prety good record if you ask me.

Alan Curbishley was leading Charlton for the 600th time today. Bruce has had less than half of that time.

It has taken Middlesborough, Charlton and Bolton a lot longer than 4 years to get to where they are today. Get real people.
