...........................Taylor.....................

.........Melchiot......Taylor.......Upson.......

..................DJ...............Butt................

...Pennant.............Jarosik...............Gray

.................Forssell..............Heskey

I know im a million years Bruce will never play this formation. But I think it would solve the problem of Cunningham/ Clapham and lack of support for the strikers. We have defensive cover in Dj and Butt, and three midfield players with a license to get forward and attack to support the striker.

This formation gives us width and flair in the midfield, height, strength and more pace at the back and support for our strikers when we attack. The days are 4-4-2 are ending, I would say 30% of premiership teams play it now.

NO WAY SHOULD KC BE TOOK OFF!!

Taylor

DJ Cunningham Upson Clapham

Pennant Butt Jarosik Gray

Forssell Heskey

They reason the goal came in was because mario was drawing across which meant Cunningham had to cover but is not quick enough so everyone drew across and left bent on the back unmarked. KC can deal with full on but once it comes to pace he is out he knows that, bruce knows that and so do his team mates.

KRO!

Also DJ played excellent at right Back he is a good type and melchiot just isn't good enough IMO sorry.

A random team i want to see peoples opinions, bruce wont play it.

------------------taylor

dj-----------------upson------------taylor

-----------butt--------------clemence

pennant----------jarosik--------------gray

-----------------heskey-------forssell

Look how defensive that is.But i think dj is better at get forward than clemence so maybe.

------------------------taylor

-----------taylor----------upson-----lazardis/gray(swaping with dj possibly)

--------------butt----------------clemence

pennant------------------jarosik--------------------dj

---------------heskey-----------forssell

3rd

------------------------taylor

mario-----------taylor----------upson-----lazardis/gray(swaping with dj possibly)

---------------------------butt

pennant------------------jarosik--------------------dj

---------------heskey-----------forssell

we would end up with just taylor and upson at the back on quite alot of occasions, due to MM likeness to float around on the right had side of the pitch.

we would also have a problem defending down our left hand side and by taking out the LB, be it clapham, lazaridis, gray, then we will still have the same problem, but down both sides.
just imagine us playing at stomford bridge with this formation, leaving melchiot and upson 1-1 with SWP/duff/robben, and taylor up against drogba/crespo!!!

IMO KK might be loosing his legs a bit but his experience and leadership are needed on the pitch

You are all picking Taylor?

Why?

He has been at fault for most of the goals this season.

Give Nico a go.

He's done nothing wrong? Maybe he is not doing well the reserves cos the reserves defence is poor. Give him a run in the First team and see how he does. He can't do worse than Taylor.

The defence needs to be sorted no matter what keeper is in goal first!

this is about the third thread i've seen u in critisisising taylor, r u startin your own little hate club, don't make taylor the scapegoat of birmingham like heskey was made of england.
