for those who went the game or who listern to it, how to do you think we played last night?

yes we got a result, in the end! but agaist the worst team in the championship!

i think last nights performance in the second half was awful, we started of brightly and should have won the game comfatably, the second half wa the worst i have seen us pla in a long time!

peopel have got to see yes we are through but we have got to take notice of another poor performance, if we play like that monday, we will lose!

how nicky butt gets a shirt to play in a will never no, he ranks along side ferniand coly for the worst blues player under bruce, clemence battles well but is to slow, clapham is the worst left back in the premership and dont get me started on waste of space pandiani!

we need to book our ideas up or we will be playing teams like milwall all next season!

I mostly agree, but we did drop our best player from Sunday - Izzet. DJ is always a big lose too.

I don't think it helped getting an early goal either - if you know what I mean? Taking the foot off the gas is how 'bigger' teams normally get beaten in these competitions.

With Izzet, DJ, a fitter Dunn and a fit Forssell we will be ok.

Cup is a Bonus.

i agree izzet and dj would have made a difference and i would have played dj as he battles and we knew it would be that kind of game last night!

every game we should put in a good perfromace and although we may be in teh next round we might not get any further with another performance like that, i think this is a real chance to win some silver wear!

I agree about the performance but then Millwall was always going to be a challenge - history and all that -
but on a positive note, did anyone else notice that just after we scored our second we went in to "Brazil" mode? knocking the ball around, one touch stuff, was great to see and I believe once our confedance is fully returned we can look forward to some great games!

Nah from now on we will be playing beautiful football, one touch, running in to space looking for the ball sweeping the opposition away and then conceeding a goal

We did seem to play some good football and we had a lot of chances. We just need to put away more of the chances we are creating and we should be ok.

Aparently we had several players carrying knocks in the second half last night, but certain Blues fans can't see beyond the ends of their noses when things start to go wrong.

Fact is, as already stated, we won, away from home, against a tough outfit. It would have been nicer to win 300 nil, but let's be realistic about our fabulous game shall we.

It would be nice to be Arsenal last night, it would have been hell to be Villa, I'll settle for Blues, but then I always have done.

Also as already said.

milwall are bottom of the championship, not what i would call tough, like i said if we struggle agaist them how are we supposed to win a game in teh premership, if we play like that west ham will turn us over!

We didn't actually beat Milwall, we drew 1-1 after 90 mins of football. That's how Mourinho sees these things anyway!!

Plus it's always difficult to go away to a lower league team at this stage of the competition. It's midweek, just after a tough away game at Sunderland that we couldn't lose, it's winter, players are still recovering from injuries and Milwall have nothing to lose.

At the end of the day, it's a cup game, and one that we won at the death. As long as it improves confidence for next monday, I can forget a poor performance.

If Millwall play the rest of their games like they played on Tuesday, they won't go down

what peope are forgetting is how we used to play when we were down there.

any one remember the blackburn game when they had sutton and shearer up front for them 1-1 that was so i dont think we can take to much to heart over this game.

lower league teams allways raise there game against prem sides.
