Ill be the first to admit that ive been around this guy of an evening and havent liked what ive seen. (being in the same pub and all that) He comes across as arrogant, big headed and disrespectful (my opinion) and I would never give him the time of day. BUT Fair play to the man. My brother sat behind him recently when we played everton, and according to him, he took on everything the fans were complaining about (even though he didnt show for the second half). For me, on monday night, that man ran his heart out, socks off - you know what I mean, for the cause. He did everything that a bluenose expects from the players and it workred all the better because the man has exceptional talent. For me, the battle is nearly lost and steve bruce is ultimately going to carry the can. It seems to me that alot of our players dont have the "ar$e" for the job and steve bruce can no longer motivate them. If there were just a few more of our playing staff who applied themselves like he did on monday night (and not just on monday night) we may not be where we are now. So, for the record dunny, you were brilliant and please keep up the good work. We need you, bigtime! Kro |

I don't think it's overstating it to say that he is as important to us as Gerrard is to Liverpool. Someone recently posted stats of Blues' record with Dunn/without Dunn - the contrast is amazing. Thank God we've got him. ;) |

David Dunn opitimized what blues were about the other night I thought, he worked hard and grafted, which is all the blues fans want, the Graingers and Horsfields of this world, wasn't the most gifted of players but gave their all for the team and became legends among blues fans. I always thought of Dunn as a luxury player who didn't work very hard, but he was always looking for the ball the other night, and if there's one player who can help us it's him |

He was nice when I met him to. He seems up for a laugh which can come accross as arrogance. I am so glad he is back, he has skill and heart and hopefully he can make a big difference to us. |

Is a very good player. Arrogance makes him a better player in my opinion. |

Youre right, he knows hes good. And he knows others know. Fair play to him and long may it continue. But he did give it the big one one time and not just to me.... |

he has the ability to turn us around BUT how long will he stay injury free.?if we lose him again we may as well pack up because without him we have no chance |

It'd be bad if he wasn't a very good player, but thought he was, he'd be trying to construct moves to other clubs using every excuse in the book to make it happen ;) |
