Fulham Fans Standing; for almost all of the game

From where I am, in the main stand, I could see Fulham fans standing at the back of the away area for almost all of the game. Stewards were there all of the game, and surrounding them for the end of the game, nothing was done to stop the standing. It looked as if the fans at the very back were standing on the seats. Pretty dangerous. You could see the stewards faces clearly, they were not watching the fans were they. Nice day out for them, but ??? what ever happened to crowd control?

That's why I've stopped going to away matches because, having a bad back means I can't stand for long periods, and if I sit I can't see the match. :(

I wish there were still places for those who want to stand and those who want, or have to sit.

I actually prefer to stand at games, and rue the day we became all seater in the UK.

However, the reason we became all seater was because people were dying. If the Fulham fans had started to topple from their seats , then who knows, and it would have been Blues to blame. Well and the Fulham stewards.

Either you have all seater stadia, or you don't. If you do, you have to enforce it, or what's the point.

First season in the Prem in Block 8, we stood up from the start of the Vile game until we stayed up at the end of the season. Great atmos every game. Wish it was the same now.

I take it you are referring to Hillsborough ???

How the hell is that anything like a handful of young Fulham fans standing at the back of the railway ??????????????????????????????????????????

Who cares if there is a dozen standing - fair play to them - at least they tried to make some noise.
