Good game, we lost 1-2, nice Kuqi goal. Very young side, many changes from our normal reserve team. Not a bad performance considering. I don't think I will ever be convinced about Barrowman, although he had one of his better games tonight. Kuqi looked strong. Nice to see Matty Sadler continue hos rehab. Great goalkeeping from Adam Legzdins, one fantastic save at the end of the first half. Biggest disappointment ~ what a pathetic crowd. Some of the club slaggers and abusers on this board should get their bums down the reserves occasionally and learn how to support our club properly. Some great talent coming through.

A little bird told me Mario M is on his way to Wigan in the Jan window. Thus the Tom Ross comment on Sat.

Anyway, for those of you who want to support the Blues all the way through the club, it is the FA Youth Cup 3rd Round on Thursday night v Manchester United. Venue yet to be decided between St A & Solihull Borough. Apparently depends on the weather between now and then. Should be a good match. Not sure I can be there, but will do my best. How about it?

Your right he is, problem being he has standards and expects the club to match his and lets be honest he has a point. But i hate it when people (not you Pat) start with the he's going here or there. As for wigan why would he go there? it makes no sense it would represent a backward step for him. and a drop in standards

He would go there!!

We are not prepared to discuss contracts with players at this time,so i dont blame him for going somewhere that will.

i want mario to go in a way. He doesnt tell us that he wants to stay i dont feel. He is allways injured now and it will take a while if we were to see his best. I suggest we go for phil jagielka he is a RB and a LB also glen johnson is just like mario in a wa so maybe him as well

i went last night

wasn't impressed by Kuqi again could hardly trap a bag of sand, good goal though.

Legz played well especially as he played on saturday for halifax aswell

I thought the Youth Cup game was already decided that it will be at St Andrews

In the match preview on the main site, it said that Asa Hall was starting instead of Sone Aluko, but didn't say why.

Now as I understand it, the reason Aluko was unavailable is that he's on international duty for England under-17s in a friendly today.

You'd have thought they might have mentioned as a matter of pride that one of our players was due to play for his country.

Shame about the result but it sounds like it was a good performance from a young bunch of players.

If Mario goes to wigan that must mean that Chimbonda is moving on then after recently signing a new deal. Because they are both right backs and Chimbonda is having a great season. Would Melchiot settle for the bench? <_<

Which is why we could do with beating manure in the cup. Winning would make a huge difference!
