Very enjoyable, and looked like you boys were enjoying the terracing as well!

Thought Pennant and Taylor were Premiership class, otherwise was disappointed in most of your lot to be honest - Gray and Butt in particular.

We play well away so who knows?! but expect to get thumped

we will bring 1,500 I would guess - see you there and good luck with your league campaign - think you need a new manager personally, even though I think he's a top bloke - sometimes you just need a change.

What happened to Gray? When he was with Palace I thought he was superb - has he never done it for you or is it just lately?

Cheers for the posts lads - definitely a better atmosphere than the the last cup game! I remember getting chased around Plainmoor by about a hundred of your boys - 1991? - but think times have moved on since then.

Has been interesting looking at other posts about you enjoying the terracing - must admit although our ground is **** it is great to be able to stand up and sing for games.

Thats the missing ingrediant in so called "top flight" football the terracing. I would love to be able to stand at a game now without the obvious feeling that you are inhibiting someone who would "rather you sat down". Standing and singing at a ground is what its all about mate, when you come up to ST andys sit in the home end and when you all leave take the ******* seats with you :D

Whats wrong about it?

We were crap as usual, and Torquay were the ones who attacked and looked like scoring.

It's only the cup, and I'm sorry if this upsets you but I'm not interested in the cup, all I'm interested in is staying up.

Don't get me started on this waster. He's Never done it, never will do mate. He's a show pony, shirks challenges, has no heart, no desire, no will to win. He's nearly 27 and is no "promising youngster". He was at drama school with Denise Van-Outen - She'd be a better footballer and he a better actress ;)

It's funny how you commented upon him and Nicky Butt. Do you fancy a job as our manager, because in the eyes of our present one, Butt and Gray can do no wrong <_<

Since I was a kid I have always had a soft spot for the "Seaside" football clubs. They're always a good day out. Blackpool was always a good trip (apart from the day the Zulu chased the Donkeys down the beach).

Enjoy your night at St Andrews but steer clear of the pies ;)

whats wrong to me is hoping the team loses - i dont understand that mentality  i agree the cup is bottom of our priorities, but hoping we lose is bizarre imo
as for upsetting me it didnt, just find it strange

I'm sure some of our male supporters would love to see Denise running around the field at St Andrews.

If we win the FA cup and stay.......would I be happy?......Hmmmmm tough one that..... ......I'm saying that the league is the be all and end all of our world, and it should be to you all. A run in the cup doesn't guarantee you're gonna win it....lets see now, how many times have we won the FA cup? The chances of us winning it are so remote it's not funny. However, something that is realistic is our survival chances, and that is what I'm trying to say, who here will give a damn about losing to Torquay in the 3rd round of the FA cup if come next may, we are still a premiership club?

Advantage Blue Bear :D

Imagine the scene.

We're halfway through the 2nd half of an FA cup 3rd round tie at Torquay. We are a Premiership club, with our infamous 'best squad' in our history, whilst Torquay are a struggling basement league team.

Not only are they just holding us....but look the better football team, if it wasn't for our Goalkeeper, the embaressment would have been unforgivable.....lets be honest, 3-0 to Torquay would have been a fair result.

Yes, I wanted us to lose. I want us to concentrate 100% on league games. I want us to take each macth we play seriously, and the cup games we have played this seaon have been nothing short of a disgrace. We have shown none of the old fashioned desire and determination that good old cup ties used to bring, and we could do without replays at this point in our season.

Yes, I wanted us to lose.....I thought Torquay were the better team.

Yes, my love and support for Birmingham City will never be questioned by the people that know me, and of my complete and utter passion for Blues sometimes boils over into the unknown, including, wanting us to lose an FA cup 3rd round game at Torquay.
