pretty slow on here tonight, and as i changed my eating habits i just wondered what others are doing to be a bit more helth-aware?
i read that nuts and raisins are very healthy, but i have to admit i like nothing better than eating a chunky brazilian!

Ice Cream - ok so its not healthy - but i love it - nothing fancy a nice vanilla will do fine - however I dont have that often as I am fat enough as it is

Here another unhealthy tip - fry the steak in butter, after steak is done throw in some mushrooms - the mushroom soak up the juices from the butter/meat juice and taste delicious
Unfortunately I wouldnt do a cholesteral check anytime soon after

I've not long got in with a chickenchow mein to find a cooked dinner :o

Simple solution - eat the chow mein, scrape the dinner into empty chinese carton, put the carton in the oven & dispose the carton in the morning. Never fails **thumbup

Now thats a tad sly, and TBH you should come clean to whoever had the decency to cook for you :D and also think about the many starving people who would of gladly ate that meal
Bet the chow mein was nice though

Favourite food is curried goat with rice and peas. Hmm i could just eat some now

For snacks it has to be chocolate or busicuts.

Trying to eat aa little bit more healthily but healthy food just doesnt taste the same. <_<
