:angry: un happy bunny today had to go and seek my motor today which i left on the side of the road facing the victoria pub on the bordesley green around the snooker hall ,it was removed for illegally being parked there with a number of others.
the fee release is £365 so if we would of lost last night i would of defenately killed myself worst of all the turd who took it was the lowest of the low a villa fan

Funnily enough you being from C/Brom my mom got done on the Chester Arms carpark yesterday and had to pay £125 makes me sick the law protects these pigs she only works part time and would have to work over a week to earn that!!! :angry:

If there were no warning signs posted in the area that you parked in then you have a case against them.

If they have clearly posted warning signs telling you that your car will be clamped if you park there without a permit then they are well within their rights to clamp the car.

talked to the 5 0 and the said pay it if you want your car back then look into ,there is a sign 90 degrees to the street warning you ,wether its bold enough i dont know.the police said if it was legal they dont touch em cause its theft

(Or did I misread the post - Clampers wont't touch them if it's parked legally...... That would make more sense. But first read did read like that......)

As they have to clamp the front drivers-side wheel by law, the secret is to buy your own clamp, put it on if 'illegally' parked and then there's nothing they can do about it.

Or not park illegally!
