It happened like this before and it will happen again, History teaches us everything.

Barry Fry had strong support from the Board in the transfer market, then as results started to go against us, and Barry made a series of bad buys the Board stopped backing him in the transfer market, then we took a big beating, David Sullivan complained of indiscipline amongst the players and then a few games later Barry was sacked.

Trevor Francis had strong support from the Board in the transfer market, then as results started to go against us, and Trevor made a series of bad buys the Board stopped backing him in the transfer market, then we took a big beating, David Sullivan complained of indiscipline amongst the players and then a few games later Trevor was sacked.

Steve Bruce had strong support from the Board in the transfer market, then as results started to go against us, and Steve made a series of bad buys the Board stopped backing him in the transfer market, then we took a big beating, David Sullivan complained of indiscipline amongst the players and then a few games later WATCH THIS SPACE.

....................we win the FA cup from the championship next season putting us into Europe. In the championship we do an Arsenal and go an entire season undefeated and storm pack into the big time. When back in the big time the run continues and Blues finish second to a resiliant Wigan who walk away with the premiership. Blues enter the champions league having won both the FA cup, the Uefa cup and achieved ther highest ever league position. All this is possible owing to the clubs policy of playing players in there natural postion, banning players who wear pink like Julian gray from ever playing for the club and bringing through the youth .

After Steve Bruce went missing shortly after the last game of the 05/06 season never to be seen again Birmingham went on to be the most successful team in Europe and in the UK for a period of 20 years. An extraodinary meeting in Brussels held by Fifa chiefs declared that Birmingham City FC are the only club that are allowed to sing "............. are by far the greatest team the world has ever seen" as this is factual correct. It was also decided that it would be foolish to bother competing anymore and that all proffesional football would cease as it was clear that the Blues were the best and would never be beaten.

Ah but you forget that they didn't respect Fry, and they didn't get along with Francis by the end (and the feeling was mutual)

The problem is they get on with and respect Bruce so much - its annoying because its seems a lot of the media have respect for Bruce the man (listen to 5 live for example - they call Bruce hard working and honest) and its blinding all parties from seeing that Bruce the manager isn't up to it.

Also it was well publiscised by the players (grainger i think) that trevor said nothing to them at half time against man city.

Fast forward four years, and dunn says brucey said nothing to the players against liverpool...................why!!
