I've been following Blues now for something like 35 years and in all my time i cannot remember us ever winning there. We've pinched a point on a couple of occasions over the years. so its about time we came home with the points on Saturday and laid this jinx to rest. We'll never have a have a better time to do it **thumbup

Yep remember that, we were well in control but when we were up comfortable we decided to just sit back and defend and let them attack us over and over.

Everton are there for the taking. They have lost 3 and drawn 2 in their last 5 games. We are due a win away.

Goodison Park is certainly a JINX stadium for us......we have only won there ONCE in the League since 1952........I just can't find the year it was when we won.....if I recall it might have been the early 70's before we sold Bob Latchford to them in what was then a British record tranfer fee

We certainly need 3 points this Saturday

I believe the last time we won there was in 1957 when we won 2-0 thanks to two goals from Peter Murphy.

I reckon Stanly will come of the bench and score a cracker ( if he is on the bench), he is due a goal this season, all for the blues tommorow, the true blues that is.

Dunn and Stan definitely out. Pennant and Heskey 50/50 will have late fitness tests tomorrow. Jarosik, Izzet, Clemence all out tomorrow but could be available for next week.

I hope pennant can make it
But if he is 70% I would prefer to see him on the bench
Has he ever been sub? :P

Yeah he was dropped to the bench for a game earlier in the season and came on as a sub - the ran the defence ragged for the rest of the game.

I think this may be a good option. Have Pennant and Forss as supersubs. Everton will be starting to flag and then we put these two on...they'll run rings around them!!

I would like us to start with Forssell and Sutton though - maybe Heskey and Pennant could come on as subs if they are not quite right?

Shame we havent got our regular supersub Dunn for the weekend.
