Suppose its a consequence of being in the bottom four but having to pay top 6, maybe even top 4 prices.

whatever happened to the "positive pat" sig in your old identiity? did someone take it off you under the misdescriptions act?

i say fair play to those who went last night. yes its a crucial time for us and some, me for example, couldn't make it for whatever reasons. it was a pretty miserable night and as someone else pointed out prices are not exactly helping are they? i suspect welshburn udersold their allocation so gaps would be natural in the railway area, and imo to get approx 90% attendance in our current plight isnt half-way bad. if the tables were reversed and it was us playing at a struggling blackburn they wouldn't make 12000 - big club my @rse savage, you nob.... ;)

made me laugh that just as i was handing over my £30 season ticket stub to the turnstile operator, his mate took a call on the radio and passed the information on to him ! Let Adults pay on the gate for £15, charge the kids less, about £5 or a tenner, see what you can get !

And they will wonder why the season ticket holders half for next season, regardless of what level we play !

Talk about being ripped off for loyalty !

Tickets were reduced to £10 for adults and concessions,from late afternoon/early evening.

So i dont think expensive tickets can be used as an excuse for the poor attendance.

The club didn't publicize it very well if that's true. I was online all day yesterday and didn't catch wind of it despite checking the latest news regularly.

It was probbly a mixture of things;
The weather,
Welshburn didnt appear to have sold their allocation,
It was a Mid-week game,
Some people priced out of going to games.

All of these will of contributed towards the lowish attendance, but at least it SOUNDED full, especially when Force scored the winner :D

it sounded full when the force score, agreed! But that was the last 3minuets apart from that i thought the atmosphere was poor, resigned to its fate and down. People around me seemed to have no belief even when we went 1-0 up. Could have been after the villa show, i dont know.
