If Bruce/Black are still here, we'll be lucky to finish 16th.

Agree that Sunderland and possibly even West Brom would have the edge on us. The difference is that they have had Championship quality squads throughout their time in the prem whereas technically (on paper at least) we had a supposedly decent prem standard squad. With the massive overhaul that will likely happen (and which we probably need), I reckon we could be faced with another "gelling issue" while those sides will probably be able to hold onto the same players because few of them can have any designs on being picked off by prem teams (with the exception of the odd one like arca or gera)

Can see us doing well but I reckon there's a good chance we could start off slow as we are finding our feet and as with the season we got promoted go from mid-table around February to 5th by May.

Granted this is complete speculation given we don't know who will be in charge or what state the squad will be in.

I reckon we could be faced with another "gelling issue"

we will just have to try and get the players in as early as we can and use pre season to get them to gel

Possibly the most pointless post ever?

Who knows?

a- who is going up/coming up and
b- what squad/manager we will have next year?

Amazing use of bandwidth.

Sorry

Well whats the point in predicting who will stay and go in the summer then, or prediciting the team for the next game on these forums?? If you think its pointless don't waste your time replying, simple.

Norwich and Southampton after having a season to acclimatise will do better - we will do very similar to what they did this season (at best) mid-table mediocrity I have no doubt about that.

And I KNOW the baggies will do better than us, they've had a well organised side and good players who play for each other its not their fault that their manager is/was too negative in his tactics. Also potentially we will lose about 8 players (inc current loans) of note (+ a couple minor players) - Whereas I can't see them losing any more than Greening and Gera. Ellington will stay and bang them in.

Agreed.

If we sack the whole of the management team, the backroom staff, fitness experts etc and implement a new system that will actually work then i dont mind us not being promoted next season - as when we finally get promotion again we will be much better equiped to make it a long lasting stay.

Having supported Blues for over 40yrs I (&others) have seen it before that Blues next season will either finish in the top 3 or finish in the borrom 5. Blues future depends on what happens today, if Bruce goes then we get in new players etc we have a very good chance of finishing in top 3, but if Bruce stays we will be looking at the bottom end of the Championship.
BRUCE OUT NOW!!!!!!
