Some are harsh but fair -- feel free to add your own. Before anyone says anything this is not a Bruce Out thread, its just something that was forwarded to me which i found funny. I sold "The Horse" and replaced him with Heskey. I brought my, not too brilliant, son to the club. I upset my own fans waving and smiling to Man Utd fans while they were in the process of knocking us out of the cup I should of resigned at xmas but the £3m compensation for getting sacked stopped me. I started the season with only 3 strikers when everyone else had 4. I started the season without a left back that I trusted. I started the season with a right back who I did trust but he didnt give a toss. I started the season with only 3 centre halves; one of them was 34 and another is a 6 foot 6 Sunday League player. I did not strengthen the squad when I had the chance in Jan 06; only with that bloke from Taxi…Latka. I gave the Vile the 6 points that enabled them to stay in the Premiership. I know nothing about tactics. I keep saying ''dust whorr selves down'' after every defeat (about 24 times this season) and ''make no mistake we wont play as bad as that again in the next game'' (37 times and counting). I slowly turned into Mick McCarthy over 18 months. I bought Robbie Blake as an AJ replacement. I dropped Clinton when he was playing his best ever football. I bought Clinton for millions and sold him for peanuts. I paid £3 million for Walter and got a million back for him. I didn't realise that lots of possession doesn't necessarily equal goals. I couldn't attract players to the club when Paul Jewell could get them to sign for Wigan. I simply forgot that I had Latka on loan. I lost the dressing room. I paid Nicky Butt a fortune for...not very much really. I made far to many excuses. I fell out with Mark Bowen, the only man at the club who understood tactics are not a mint. I failed to motivate my players and failed to spot that they were not good enough and were only in some cases here for the money. I thought Dwight Yorke & Chris Sutton might do the job that I thought AJ couldn't. I like saying 'thats for sure'. I can’t spot a left back to save my life. Natural left-back, nah, I'll try Gray, Lazaridis and Upson before I stick that lad Sadler in..... I constantly said "If only I had 10 D.Johnsons in my team".....wouldn’t solve the goal scoring problem though.. I sold AJ for peanuts. I play negative football, with only one man up front, even against Wigan when 3 points are there for the asking. I have one of the best young midfielders in the country at the club, Neil Kilkenny, but I never play him. I had one of the best young midfielders in the country at the club, Darren Carter, but I sold him to local and relegation rivals WBA I've made Blues consistantly one of the LOWEST scoring teams in Prem league for every season Ive been there. I'm a sh1te coach. I decided in February that, ‘'make no mistake, i'll leave no stone unturned to find out why players are getting injured......thats for sure' . At this point there was 3 months of the season left and the transfer window had closed. Stable door and horse anyone? I'm still waiting for that 'little bit of luck' for my honest team. I can't spot one for the future. Everytime we conceed a corner I never leave anyone up on the half way line. (even 5’2’’ DJ Campbell defends). I only have three set pieces. Near post, far post and……….oh, 2 set pieces. I sulk when my board buy me international Argentinean strikers because I never asked for one. I continue to play my right back, who doesn’t give a toss, even though he publicy states in October that he has no intention of staying next season. I played Tebily in central midfield against Boro at home. And Jarosik up front. And Clemence at left wing. And Lazaridis at left back. I had Izzet (central midfielder) Forssell (forward), Gray (left winger), Clapham (left back) on the bench. |

HAHAHA - That is funny and it just makes you realise how many funk ups Brucio has made. Oh Well - Lets hope we see less of them for next season.. Anyway - Sadler is playing well and in the team so about 10 lines from the above can be deleted for next season! |

We can still draw our way to safety from here - well, he never actually said it, but his tactics suggested he thought he could do it! :( |

I am anti Bruce, and the main posting makes me feel very sad,i only hope that the 2 weeks before the next meeting between Bruce and owners is to see how many season tickets are sold so as to get a real feeling of the fans as to if they want this very nice bloke, but crap manager incharge. :( |

I thought I was the only one who'd spotted that.... The number of times our corners and free kicks went over everyone and arrived at the far post without anyone alert to the fact was phenominal.... I was always standing on the Kop and shouting: "Far Post! Someone cover the far post!" Did they do it? Did they ever? In fact did any of those players listen to anyone? |
