Tried a new lager in Weatherspoons yesterday - its called Fruti and it is strawberry beer. I know it sounds vile but it is actually very nice!

Try some of the Belgian fruit beers (Liefermans etc). THey only normally come in bottles. THey're not as strong as DT, but they can be somewhat of an acquired taste

Kronenbourg Blanc is a pale imitation of the mighty Hoegaarden

Edit: In My Opinion

I agree.

Blanc is more fruity and has a slightly sour taste.

That said, Hoegarden in Brighton now averages £4 a pint

Now heres a thread i can get into!!!...Just prepping the bab to take him to the pub (well, beer garden to be precise) i shall partake in one or two extra cold carling,if i fancy a bottle its skol special every time and on a day like today i might even dip into a pint of carlesberg export as a treat :D

Damn i`m thirsty!!!!

Trev just remember the legal age to drink is five. So make sure the nipper doesn’t try to try the old “I’m too young to drink so you will have to get your own beer” After all the effort you are putting in the least they can do is make sure they take their turn in getting the beers in.:D
