If you ask me I think that the Castle Vale improvement scheme has been a complete success.

i've done a couple of jobs in cv over the years (Tangmere Drive community centre and the health centre) and can safetly say it's a she-itehole!

I though the bad smell in the area came from Minworth until I worked on the Vale!

admittedly the closer you get to sainsburys and the swimming pool you get the worse it gets,
but in the area nearest minworth it is definately fast improving and
a brilliant area to raise children

ie hardly any chavs near minworth, loads by sainsburys,
that area is practically chav central

OI no it's 4 king not.

lived here for 9 of the last 13 years (moved off for a bit) and while the HAT were running things it was realy improving and now that the CVCHA have taken over .

i find out they have sruk a deal with birmingham city council and all the druggies are being sent here so the police now where they all are.

place is going back to what it was before the HAT took over.
