Am thinking of getting sky for this.

Have worked it out that I can get 4 pacakges (you know, they have this mix and match thing now) along with free Sky Sports for £17.50 and then an extra £5 for 8mb Broadband with 40gig usage which is the same as what I get from BT now for abou £27.

Will wait to see if anyone reccomends it fist tho

BT came top in BB ISP providers. I wouldn't trust Sky with anything.

I'm with BT and have never been let down as yet. The Sky (Easynet) package is good value indeed, but I can see many Isp's dropping prices and mirroring packages to suite.

Ofcom the telecoms regulator has released it's control over Bt's prices now that is sees there is plenty of competition about. I see BT's prices coming down in the near future.

I recon BT will react with this with 'BT Vision' it's their TV service which launches later on in the year and uses the new Bt Home Hub thing. All channels are delivered by Broadband, you get Freeview Basically but there are some romours that other channels will be avaliable and you will pay for what you use with these channels (like sky sports etc).
