Absolutely stunning how this has all been covered up.

Well done to the BBC on their undercover reporting and showing what has been very well hidden.

May turn rubbish as its only 20 mins in. (my disclaimer!)

pathetic, not football supporters and i'd even question the term..."reporting" don't you find it weird that they filmed some lads earlier in the day and then are there at the exact moment the same lads kick off at the front of a fight.

Yep watched it , only to be disappointed that it was just another load of old crap on about the 'English Disease' .although they did focus on Polish Fans for 3 nanoseconds and of course the German right wing looking dudes who pitched up at every 'ruck' were there presenting welcome garlands to the English fans, disturbed to see what happened to the Brazillians and the Turkish bloke.
I personally think a lot of it was for the camera and the inclusion of the very informative  so called self proclaimed top footie hooligans from Sjoke and Everton were laughable( same pillocks as were on the real footy factories  ).
Fact is if you allow most males to drink copious amounts of lager all day , expect trouble, it is not rocket science

I could wear a covert camera to almost any footie match in the country and make it look violent, these days people seem to think football violence is two sets of blokes singing thicko songs giving it the `come on then` to eachother

Admittedly i only saw 5min of it,but it seemed like more trash journalism to me.

to me is was total trash journalism, the BBC ought to hang their heads in shame, what a poor program to make, panorama has in the past made some pretty startling insightful programs...but this was just poor to the extreme. They focused on some pretty isolated stuff on what was a brilliant world cup. they focused on the Cities where England were playing. If they had been serious about investigating Holligans at the world cup then i guarantee you every country that was out there had some fans that misbehaved...to centre on the England Vs Germany stuff was disrespectful. They probably even paid those guys from Hudderfield to drink and fight.

Agreed.

It was a bit like watching one of those trashy club rep type programmes that they show on cheapo tv stations such as Men & Motors. There was hardly any hooliganism on show.

Although!!!!!!!

I don't think we should just ignore the fact that there were a few disgusting scenes. (the bullying of the Tunisian passers by in particular) Just because it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be, it doesn't mean that it's acceptable behaviour.

I look forward to the day that the innocent bystanding English fans not only stand there and innocently bystand but turn round and kick this embarrassing scum all the way back to where they come from.

Agree 100%. I expect petty anti-englishness from the BBC but they normally save it for St Georges day
