I got my tarot cards read about 2 months ago in America and it really interested me. She said i would meet 2 girls in the next 6 weeks and one i had to be really carefull of, she described her as a 'b***h'. She said she would try and trick me, for example try and trick me into a kid. Well i did meet 2 girls and one i didnt trust fully she played mind games with me. Ended up finding out she went to the doctors cos she thought she was pregnant and ended up having 2 STD's so that was correct. Glad i stayed away. I was also told i wouldnt find my soul mate until i was in my 40's cos i didnt believe in happily ever after that kind of sucked. But much of what she said was true. But anyway my brother got his done by someone else and the woman said his ex wife in a previous life stole his soul, and to get it back he had to buy 18 beez wax candles at $100 each but for him a special price of $50 each. He almost bought them the idiot  . So has anyone else had their tarot or palm read, and did any of the stuff come true? did it make you change anything about how you lived your life or did you just think it was a load of tripe? |

Many years ago the then girlfriend went to see one and came back all upset saying she had been told the pyshic could see a slim attractive, dark skinned latin looking girl and should be very wary of her and something was going on with me. Needless to say i told her it was a load of nonsense................ trouble was she was dead right i had been seeing her for a few weeks and ended up leaving her. In my defence she did work at the Blues at the time. |

I’ve never seen one on account on them all being con artists who prey on people when they are vulnerable. If they could speak to people beyond the grave or see into the future one of them would have accepted the challenge of James Randi to prove they could do it. I don’t suppose the 1million pounds he offered was enough money. |

exactly dal, i couldn't agree more. i'm sure they convince themselves they're genuine and that they give people comfort and insight - personally, i think they do more harm than good psychologically as people do tend to use them as a bit of a crutch imo.... (that's crutch, dave, not crotch.... ;) ) |

I think its a bit of fun but if people do believe in it, why not. Its like whether you believe the bible or not and if you devote your life to that. |
