apparently the brummie accent is the least favored to give you directions where to go on a sat nav,
what voice would you like to be your sat nav guide,
i quite like the thread the other day with Mr T doing the voice,
whats your favorite voice.

I've never got my road atlas in the glove box to talk, but if It did, I'd like a voice that said 'Lay off the LSD/magic mushrooms son'!

I would like James Bond aka Sean Connery. Mind you, I'd probably crash the car 'cos I'd be off in dreamland somewhere.

i've got the Garmin bottom of range cheapo one. does the job wel but the voices annoy me. Because you can only have a female voice, the british woman is annoying.

i'd have Mariella Frostrups voice on my sat nav. That womans voice demands that you listen. I love Radio 4!

I have the Road Angel Navigator, boy has that saved me a few times, Very good though, all singing all dancing , cost me £399.99 though a little steep, but seeing as my job has a lot of driving involved as well priceless **thumbup

I guess sat navs are a useful tool to have, but maybe as an update to them they could add an extra. when the instruction to turn left or right is given maybe they could add "now put your indicator on"
