Vote for your best ever kit - and win a signed shirt.

What’s the best ever Blues kit? In this month’s BLUES Magazine, there’s a chance to vote for your favourite with a double page pull-out poster of the strips we’ve played in since 1875. And there’s a chance to win a signed shirt.
They are all there - the Good, the Bad and yes, the Ugly!
The famous penguin strip; the good old fashioned plain blue shirts and white shorts from the early years of the club’s history; the blue shirts, blue shorts, white socks from the late 1960s which resurfaced in 2002; the infamous ‘German’ away strip of yellow, red and black strips from the mid-1970s; the even more infamous ‘pebbledash’ of the early ‘90s; the FA Cup Final kit from 1956 - and all the others.
We want you to vote for your favourite kit of all time and there’s a signed shirt on offer in a free competition.
Just email your entry to bluesmagazine@btconnect.com. The closing date is 30th October, 2006. You can view the kits poster at www.bluesmagazine.co.uk

I'd love to hear if anyone votes for the 'pebbledash' number. You should publish the names and pictures of anyone that does - we deserve to be told.

I like this one -

This site is pretty good for seeing all the home shirts a bit bigger - hope this won't confuse things, wiltshire, let me know if it does and I'll take it out.

Funny you should say that. We have had one (and a couple for the 'German' strip), although not surprisingly there are slightly more saying it's the worst ever.

Agree

I did like the Penguin of 71-75 but the Adidas kit with the V neck.... 1979-1982 (Jim Smith era) , I think was a beautiful strip

Blue shirts and white shorts and socks much like today but as a team nicknamed 'The Blues' I wish we would switch to an ALL blue kit.....like when we play in most of our away games when the home side wear some kind of white whether it be shirts, socks or shorts ......(i.e Man United,Leeds,Bolton,Everton,Vile,West Ham,Fulham etc )

Wished we could get Adidas back as a kit supplier and revert to that early 80's style

I like the 68/69 kit, plain "Royal Blue" shirts and shorts white socks and then the addidas kit as mentioned above class kits, the 68/69 kit is real Royal Blue not like the blue we wear today.

I love that one - but I'd never buy another once the next new one came out.

I think we should run a new competition in the magazine - design next season's kit!
