This is the latest information i have been given about a few of the vacant jobs.

Before anyone starts i dont make a habit of posting random rumours on message boards and i only pass on what i know is from an excellent source.

In short this is what i have been told

Curbs to West Ham
Bruce to Norwich
Pardew to Blues

West Ham are extremelt unhappy about their start to the season and Pardew is not confortable with the potential takerover deal and the way the Tevez transfer has been set up. The current owners want the best possible return on their investment and will get rid of him before the results affect the market value of the club.

Bruce has a history with Norwich and although he did refuse to play for them towars the end of his career there in order to secure his dream move to Man U, the current Norwich board feel that bruce can get them out of this situation.

Finally that leaves Pardew to Blues. The board see him as the best solution out there. They saw what he did with a team of young fit players last season and want him to do the same here.

I would be fairly happy with that set up.

I'd have thought that the so called bung enquiry may have an effect on any manager merry-go-round. Nobody is going to want to take a manager on who may possibly be involved in FA action in the near future.

Not saying that any of these are involved, but there's 8 clubs being investigated so there's a chance that somebody somehwere is going to have to carry the can.

Bowen will be going to Norwich.
Can't see him taking Bruce as his Asst. can you?

Think you may wish to check your "source"

I think that Pardew wouldnt do to bad a job at Blues, he is a better manager than Bruce is considering he hasnt had a lot of money to spend at West Ham yet is still fighting up there in the premiership which is more than could be said for us

I hope Bowen does go to Norwich. I'd like to see how Blackburn perform without his influence and perhaps once for all it might settle a long debate over the effect Bowen had during his time with us......

Maybe Savage will claim Norwich is closer to his parents house than Blackburn.

Pardew would be a sideways step - we need AC. If this was to happen i think you would see a drastic downturn on gates and a sense of disbelief that the Blues missed the boat with AC.

Pardew is not the answer i think i'd rather keep SB.

D'you know StAndys, I was thinking, just last night that there is a chance for Bruce to Norwich. He could claim to be "going home", hence saving face. We have a vacancy for a manager that (hopefully), a certain ex- player who almost became our manager just before TF came back, might be willing to fill.

Have to agree with Chiltern about Pardew!

I thought it was just wishful thinking, so didn't bother to post. (There is enough b*llox on here sometimes!!)

But if your source is just "almost right", maybe it could happen.

BTW StAndys - didn't mean your post / source was B*llox, just I didn't want to make up stories / speculate. **thumbup

I'm not sure I would want Pardew,he struggled before last season , most WHU fans wanted himout, yes he had a great season last year but is struggling now (even before the take over stuff).Well SB had a coupleof good seasons for us,I think AP is still unproven , the rumurs fit but what about AC to Man City????

Would SB go to norwich, he would not get half the money hes failed with here!!!!!!!!

WE MUST GO ALL OUT FOR AC AND THEN SHOW HIM THE SUPPORT WE GIVE TF AND SB :applause: :applause:

Absolute rubbish. For a start, Bruce has to get sacked first and he is going to be, and they don't want him at Norwich.

In defence of StAndrews4eva - she is not normally found to be posting what some say is pure fantasy, the majority of her posts are well thought out - which is more than can be said for alot of posters on here.

IMO - Like most people I cant see that merryground happening but that does not mean that at some level it hasnt been discussed - hence the source, and it also does not mean that it cant and will not happen.

Absolutely spot on

An honest Blues fan states a story she heard about and gets belittled by the 'Chosen Few' for want of a better word with taunts liike cobblers and rubbish

It make you want to throw up

Oh for a LEVEL paying field

Have to agree - However unlikely it may seem it could happen - Glen Roeder to Newcastle ring any bells?

Sad to say as it doesn't fit in with some posters blue tinted view of the world it gets rubbished without a thought.

Ah Well!
