A couple of guys that I know are running a Blues 1963 reunion tonight at the E57 club on the Alcester Road tonight.

Guests include the Manager - Blues legend Gil Merrick

Plus players from the squad: Bertie Auld, Ken Leek, Colin Green, Johnny Schofield, Mike Hellawell, Winston Foster, Graham Sissons, Jimmy Harris and Brian Sharples

Proceeds are going to the Midlands Charity Promised Dreams, and tickets are £10 per person, a limited number are available on the door

The format is a question and answer session, with time to meet the players and get autographs.

For those of us that were born after 1963 ;) Blues won the League Cup after a two legged tie with arston viler, winning the first game 3-1 at St Andrews and drawing the second 0-0 in Witton - Ken Leek scored two of the goals in the first leg

It looks like being a great night, so if anyone from this board is interested pop along or call Keith on 07785 774657 to reserve a ticket
