i must admit that i didn't notice him on account that i was genrally bored by the overall performance and found it hard to hold concentration on the game.

He really stood out at the Leicester game, he made some amazing passes through and his tenacity was superb.

Deserves a start next game.

The Leicester game, was his best game yet for us.

One slight problem tho, hes a defensive midfielder and IMO, we shouldn't be playing two defensive midfielders in the middle.

Its Nafti or Muamba for me in the lineup.

I'ne not got a problem with 2 defensive midfielders in the middle as long as we have 2 attacking wing players such as Shefchencko and Dunn.

It didnt work at Leicester as Larsson is not an out an out winger. We only have Sheffers as out attacking outlet.

Muamba looks a really excellent prospect, and AGAIN, the worying bit is all 3 show a better attitude than the Blues boys "no" wtf**

The problem I have, the same with Bendtner, both are young and better than our youngsters like CJ and Killkenny, however we are only improving players who will hurt us next year (IF we go up). As good asthey are they are blocking the development of our young boys and to me that is more important than instant results.......... that we aint actually getting!!!!! :banghead:

at the moment id prob start with muamba and kilkenny in the middle with larsson and sheffchenko on the wings...both central players are good ball winners and will play good through balls,i think larsson is the best weve got for the right at the mo with dunn injured and mcsheffrey is our best player imo

Muamba should be a regular in midfield even ahead of Nafti, who hasn't been up to in recently.
The fact that the Arsenal boys look better than 'our' players might have something to do with the fact that they are just that, Arsenal lads.
I wouldn't say they 'want it' any more than 'ours' though.
Back to Muamba, once his passing improves he will be top top drawer. Buy him!

Everyone says Fab is a defensive midfield player but I have to disagree.

I see him more as a box to box player. Look at the Stoke game- it was him that won the penalty making a run onto a through ball!!!!!!

Ideally if you can have two box to box players then they can share the workload- alternating who goes forward- and its far harder to defend against.

ye he does seem to make a fair few runs forward for a defensive midfielder.

Nafti is head and shoulders ahead of Muamba IMO Muamba is just a clogger but because he is from Arsenal he gets a look in.

Nafti and Danns/Killkenny in the centre midfield for me the chef on the left and even though I got slated last night DJ on the right.

I was at the Leicester game and Muamba can tackle but that is it not exactly the answer to the problems we got. Remember DJ played the ball through to the Chef for the goal.
