I've just bought Full Price NBA Basketball tickets (Orlando Magic against LA Lakers) for my xmas trip to florida..... and each ticket cost at Full Price Bare in mind this is the elite of basketball in the world on show 15-20 quid..... when tickets to see championship football are the same or more.... don't know if that speaks volumes about the NBA or about the Blues Board..
just a new perspective

Same perspective as Petrol being less than half the price in Usa as it is in the Uk same as Levi or Wrangler jeams being a 3rd of the price in Usa compared to the Uk.
On the other hand Parts for a Lotus Elan are twice the price in the Us as they are here......

Its not the board, its football.
Brighton (my local team) team is about £17.50 and thats in an athletics stadium.
I also went to Oxford v Altringham a month or so back and that was close to £20 as well....

i agree with willie on this
we have a custom to charge way over the top in this country for loads of things.
that dont make it right though but we have ourselves to blaim for it we pay these prices and in any buisness if you can make money you will do it.

managed to get to see the Magic play a pre season game against the Miami Heat last month, October 24th at the TD Waterhouse Center, so it was the local derby type game, top quality, all the stars on show and a nice arena too.
Orlando Magic have a team that are capable of beating many others, and there key players are Dwight Howard, Grant Hill, Hedo Turk...(:S cant spell his surname) and Carlos Arroyo, you will have fun watching them play, and the Lakers are an alright team too with Kobe Bryant, will be a good game to see

How can you take either in isolation, and end up blaminmg the blues board again. Just another chance to have a pop at our club. I will never understand the motivation of some people. Alweays looking for bad about your own, and never looking for the good. That doesn't equate to support.

I brought 2 bottles of Mahou recently in Spain and it cost roughly 2 quid, the beer at St.Andrews is much dearer. I blame the board :ph43r:

Errm I happen to be the one who always starts positive threads, and has a go at people having useless pops at people... ask anyone....
I just did this because It was the 1st thing I thought of when I bought the tickets and saw the prices
