He'd probably have had a better chance if we'd finished the Wolves off.

It'll either be Brucie or Tony Pulis of Stoke I think.

So far in November they've won all 4 of their games and havn't conceded a goal.

Beat Coventry at Britannia 1-0
Beat Crystal Palace at Selhurst 1-0
Beat Hull at KC 2-0
Beat WBA at Britannia 1-0

They've got Cardiff next at Britannia Stadium.

I'd swap Brucie's accolades for Stoke grabbing another win and denting Cardiff's promotion hopes.

Derby have won all their games in November to date - so unless they drop a bolock in midweek then their non-entity in charge will win the award.

I'll have a pint of what you're drinking. Bruce should be barred from getting that award as it's his fault we're here in the first place. I'm looking forward to getting automatic promotion so we can say thank you and sack him on the spot.

He was also the one who took us up in the first place after 16 years in the wilderness. He can do it again and be even more successful this time.

I'd prefer any accolades at the end of the season, you can see that it doesn't marry with ongoing success :D

August - Dave Jones - Cardiff
Sept - Geraint Williams - Colchester
October - Steve Cotterill - Burnley

He went up, but with Trev's team. We all saw what he did when started to sign his own players. Gronkjaer anyone?

yes of course he made mistakes, but are we not conveniently forgetting 3 years of very good progress? i seem to recall us sitting in 4th place for weeks until we faded in the last 8 games because of the small squad. relegation hurt us all, but he never kicked a ball did he so we can't exonerate the players from it either...

If you look at where we were this time in 2001 you might change your mind about bruce.

This time in 2001 we were 11th with 29 points the leaders 11 points ahead. We're now joint 1st with 37.
This is Bruce's team now and it's shaping up pretty good. our recent run shows that, so lets cut the negativity and get behind our team our players and our MANAGER the one who took us to the prem and who WILL take us back.

Maik Taylor, Upson, Pennant, Foresell(Unfortunate to be injured but at the time he was somthing special), Dugarry, Mcsheffery(even thou many slated him for that). All Brucie players.

So its took him 5 years to get 8 points ahead of where we were when he took over?

Now thats progress, wow, thats progress

Yeah well we went 5 games without conceeding (I think), and have won 6 of our last 7 and that is amazing.
Bruce must have given the lads a massive telling of after that 1-0 defeat to Norwich at St Andrews.
They have greatly responded. BRUCE 4 MANAGER OF THE MONTH!
