Hi I am a Newcastle/Bury fan from Manchester coming down to the game on saturday. Getting the train from Piccadilly to New Street, Just wondered how to get to the ground from the station and how it takes.
Cheers

Hi Moocow. Welcome.

From the City Centre you can catch the 97A bus which will take you right outside St Andrews. Not sure where you get on the bus in Town these days but ask in the station and someone will tell you.

Its a shame really as you'll have a wasted journey. blues are going to win.

I accept that now. If I could I'd say that'll do and not play the game.

There will be a lot of Blues fans who will expect us to win this game because we're going for promotion.

We're far from a Premiership team but how well we do in this game will be a benchmark for when we go up.

I really do want us to win. It'll be fantastic. Especially after we drew last time round resulting in us dropping a division.

Yeh I know a few luton, preston and Burnley fans. Every single one of them said you would walk the division and a good solid side.

Something tells me there will be trouble on saturday though. As long as there is enough police.

Narh, no trouble mate.

Should go off OK. Blues got no need to cause trouble. (Unless stupid idiots get over excited)

Well that will be down to your fans then as we haven’t had any trouble all season. By the way you will do better walking to the ground from the station as its not too far. Not only will you be saving the environment you will also be working off that excess Christmas food!! :D
