Just out of interest, does anyone know when the FA are making their decision, and what the maximum fine, minimum fine is?

And what we're likely to get!

some people have said £120,000 or Three Points docked or both. Bet you any money this surfaces hours before the Newcastle cup tie, Conspiracy?? you better believe it...keep the small clubs where they are, can't have them challenging the Newcastles and Liverpools, Chelsea's and Arsenal's and Man Utd's of this world can we. :crying:

i tell you now if this was Man Utd they would be let off.

I'd hate to depress you but there is not time limit on this kind of inquiry.
Because it doesn't involve players missing or playing in matches.

It could, like an inquiry into a pitch invasion, lay dormant until the end of the season. When they could announce their verdict.

It is fines, point deductions or both. The match has been re-arranged so nothing vital is missing as long as Leeds have no financial claim left on behalf of their team or supporters, it should be a straight case of fine or point loss.

It could be announced at the end of the season if they wanted to be nasty.Especially if its a points deduction. Which means we wouldn't know how many points we would need to have got like.

Anyway, I like your sig man !

Usually we would have had a date for this thing by now. Yes, what's keepin' 'em?

As for the punishment, I doubt the Football League know yet. Nobody really knows. That's what worries me.

I would be stunned if we were to be deducted points. It won't happen.
The board will say (quite rightly) that they were trying to improve the game of football etc. and the FA won't hammer us.

A fine, probably suspended is my guess.

Don't worry!

a token fine in my view,
the club tried every thing to get it right,
you cannot legislate for the weather.

BE HAPPY !!

you know what these letigous organisations are like..

could take months - meetings - sub committees

i think the fact that this has NEVER happened before - will mean thatthey will take even longer than normal to reach a decision !!

i say we employ oj simpsons legal team - TheY could probably get us a points INCREASE

What if we win the league and then they announce they will dock enough points to bring us down to the play-offs :o

I think you will find it's the Football League and not the F.A who will decide any punishment given to BCFC.

I f i rememeber rightly not so long ago lufc where punished by A FINE for bending the rules when it came down to basically playing to many loane's(a case of cheating), so HOPEFULLY the same appraoch will be taken towards blues.

A points deduction would create too much of a blurred line between when it was inconsiderate of the club , and when the pitch was just badly effected by the weather.

You'll get a fine and a slap on the wrists.

Well we best make sure we have a good advantage in the league so points should not effect us anyway although i IMO we wont have a deduction.
