I`ve not used a train since i was about 10 and as such dont really have a clue what i`m doing,my thing is this;

I`ve got a wedding to go to in April that is being held in Weymouth City Centre,now i`ve been there a fair few times and have always drove but the driving there and parking etc down there is a nightmare and i thought this year i`d take the easy option and get a train,thing is i would know where to start any advice would be greatly recieved ie rough cost,journey time...My closest station is probably Lea Hall if that helps? **thumbup :banner:

You'd have to get the train to Birmingham from Lea Hall whatever line you were on. If it takes you to Snow Hill or Moor Street then you'll have to walk to New st. The trains for long distance usually come pretty often so you could be looking at between every half hr or hr. Train fares can be pretty expensive so you're looking at maybe £20!

Well that's sorted that then, there you go Tilton, the trains for long distance come every half hour or more.
