:applause: from an armchair supporter listening on the radio today, unable to go i have to comment on the noise that the fans made today.
there "keep right on" was bellowing out of my radio and it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up,and the wifes.
fair play to you all who braved some terrible weather and made the effort to be that extra man
we as supporters at home heard it and felt it, and im sure the team did
and im convinced they may not of pulled a victory off today without you the fans..WELL DONE, THE CLUB ARE PROUD OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU :applause:

A much better atmosphere today than in recent times.

Why? Maybe because there were a lot of kids excited just to be at the game and not waiting to be entertained.

Well done everybody.

Keep it up.

It'll need to be even better on friday and for the rest of our home games this season.

after so many people going to the game just because of how cheap it was, they should really get there money out and go on friday. but they probably wont and we'll get about 20000 again so we can all let sully have a go at us again.

To be fair a lot of the crowd today was made up of kids who wouldn't be able to pay full prices.

Now we're top of the table the team deserves to have a full house cheering it on for the remaining games.

The atmosphere could have been the difference today. Lets have a great atmosphere on friday.

Yeah, too right. We want some good vocal support - it is a night match, and the support is generally decent on them, atmosphere against sunderland was great, and Leeds was decent too.

Bring on friday, and remember, positive support- lets get behind em like we did against Sunderland!!

Most important thing for me was that there was no booing the team off at half time. It wasn't the best first half we have ever had and against the likes of stoke when we suffered a similar lax first half performances the booboys did their damndest.

But whatever it was about today, whether they were drowned out by the excellent atmosphere or whether there was any booing at all (can't say I heard much), I doubt we would have witnessed that vastly improved second half if the lads had been booed off as they have been at times recently. If it has to be done (and even then I struggle to boo) it should be saved for the final whistle because until then, we have every chance of beating any team in this league no matter how badly we seem to be playing at the time!!! **thumbup

.

.

I think thats true enough but going back to when i was a kid it was well into my teenage years that i had to pay for the first time

i couldnt have afforded to go if i hadnt been allowed to climb over the turnstilles every week.

it just shows how things change but actually stay the same :banner:

From the TV it seemed :

1. St Andrews was packed
2. The noise and support was brilliant
3. The booing whenever Cardiff has a corner was offputting for their players.

keep the prices cheap for the rest of the season so people can afford to go!! as a ST holder I would rather cheap tickets so the ground is full... I suppose some ST holders would disagree

I posted a thread earlier about the great deals on offer! just hope a few take the club up on them **thumbup
