To the end of the game!

Is it asking too much for people to stay a little longer at St Andrews. At recent matches we've been hanging on by the skin of our teeth and all too often people start buggering off with about 10 mins to go. How is that showing support? I know traffic can be a bind and at night games if you've got kiddies to get home to bed etc but its Saturday tommorrow for heavens sake, so please try and stay till the end tonight. Sometimes its as if a bl00dy fire alarm has gone off. The other thing to remember is that whilst you early leavers are all "all right jack" you often block the viewing for the rest of us trying to support our team, ALL the way. It must also demoralise the players when they are trying to hang on, to then see great hordes of people buggering off to get home for fame acadamy or something. Therefore please,

Think, before you Slink.

Here here, it totally riles me when people leave early. You've paid to watch 90+ minutes of football, why leave early? And especially when its 1-0/1-1 etc. Its maybe more undrstandable if we're 4-0 down (although you still shouldnt really leave even then), but when your potentially missing a match turning goal, its madness!!

it's the same old moan but, you do have a point. I just don't get it myself why pay the money and leave early? how many last min goals can we all list? why miss them? if we are 7-0 down I can come to terms with it (just) but i can't get my head around leaving early when we are winning or drawing or even losing by 1 goal. I bet their wives would be well pi ss ed off if they stopped before the end during sex.

I think that right there gives people the choice to leave whenever they want to,people do have commitments outside of the Blues.

We never leave before the end, infact were probably the last to leave
although i dont see the point myself, i suppose some like to try and miss the traffic especially if they have a way to travel.

Fair enough, people are entitled to do what they want, but its not a great way to show loyalty to your team is it? The players cant go five minutes before the end, why should the fans? You should be there giving your support to the final whistle as far as I'm concerned, and i reckon most people would agree. :banner:
