How good is he? Typical Blues legend or what? Works his backside off, battling for the ball and running towards goal all the time. I love him already!

I'd say he's our best buy in 2 years and he needs to be played with Jerome from now on as Bendtner's going back soon, it's time to create a real intuitive strikeforce between Sheffers, Jerome and Viney - they can't mark all of 'em.

He's better than I expected him to be and I hope he's with us for ages yet.

Well done Rowan, you're a joy to watch!

Couldn't believe there was a thread calling him a waste of money before he'd even kicked a ball for the club. Delighted to see him score, from where I was in the Tilton you could see it was going in from the moment it left his boot.

First of many. **thumbup

I Banged on about Vine for ages after seeing him destroy us twice, when we signed him I was ecstatic, the lad is class, he seems as though his found his feet, and what a time to find them, I'm still gushing with adrenalin after last night. :Blues:

You must be used to those threads though. Way too much negativeness on this board. Not even sure if that's a word to be honest, might start a Lawsondictionary.

Vine is a workhorse and his goal last night was excellent, moment of magic.

negativity? on this board? nah mate, a case of mistaken identity i reckon, brummies are not negative by nature....

good game last night considering the condition of the pitch and how tired your lads looked - the better team won though... **thumbup

congrats to him, he played brilliantly, and what about 4-3-3 with the forse, jerome and vine up front. Muamba/Clemence, Mcsheffrey and Larsson in midfield? Teams would have problems then

I did read those negative posts and they were a bit shocking, giving Vine a clear run now is paying off, he works incredibly hard for the team his perfomances have really stood out, if anyone deserved a goal it was him and there will be many more to come, well done Rowan Vine :Blues:
