Hi guys, I have got my ticket for barnsley and i am soooooo excited cus it will be my first ever away game and i can't wait. I am also dragging my dad along and I was just wondering what to expect when i go on the coach. What kind of atmosphere will there be and is there always lots of singing on the coach. I am on coach 24 so i hope it will be fun and i hope we all have a good day and hopefully a good result. :Blues: :drink: feed.back |

We don't usually travel by coach, but when we pass one they all look like their sleeping, & thats on the way too the match. God only knows what its like on the way back. |

Did the coaches 2 seasons ago, and have now moved onto trains (or driving and staying over if it is miles away). That said, you can't knock free coaches... Typically, only 3 or 4 for away games, so 40+ for this one is something special, so you may well get some singing etc on some. Prepare to be told to stop, though, and remember NO ALOCOHOL is allowed. Any found will be confiscated and disposed of (I have seen this - and no, it wasn't me). Both the coach company (and driver), and the club will be fined if any is found. With so many coaches, expect a cursory search before you get to the ground. Just a friendly tip.... (Coaches could - and have been - searched whilst the game is on). KRO, C. |

I think it was Luton away where some was found on the coach while the game was on. Bloomin coppers. |
