My short list would be Harry Redknapp, Steve Coppell and, if he hadn't resigned the other day, Sam Allardyce.

You could have Mick McCarthy or Richard Money, however, I'd go for Scunthorpe manager Nigel Adkins.

Geraint Williams

without a shadow of a doubt. The wins he has got and the position the club have so far achieved is quite amazing. Although i do believe the ground and the fans of Col U are just as important and responsible for the great season they have had.

EDIT

Or

Dennis Wise

For making a complete hash of a saviour job. I really dislike Leeds United and i'm glad there getting some harsh reality medcine.

Prem - Fergie
Championship - Williams of Colchester. (Just look at their revenue streams and what they've achieved on peanuts. That is good management in anyone's book. And that is what the award is about. Not Managers spending £10- 20 million betwen them, but about organising and tactics using all your resources.
And having dignity.)

But I suspect Keane will get it, much more high-profile for the newspapers.

1st Steve Bruce.
2nd Steve Bruce.
oh and
3rd Steve Bruce.

As it's all subjective anyway, and I'm a Blues fanatic, I cannot get to a reason why I should consider anyone else too seriously. Enough people will ignore us and put us down, without us doing so ourselves.

Roy Keane, without a doubt. Put all his troubles with Niall Quinn behind him and built a team from nothing and a club with low spirits and morale to believeing they cant be beat!

Bruce would come close with all the stick he had to put up with from fans.
