..You bet your bottom dollar i would have, thats why i`ll be going for a few beers later to continue celebrating.

If we`d have finished on 99pts there would be people who moaned we should have got 100pts.I say let those people sit and wallow in their pity whilst the rest of us enjoying what we set out to do 9 months ago..

See you all in the Premier next year people :lager: :drink: :lager:

Everybody would.

People are disappointed we didn't win the league, but I just think there's a certain amount of scepticism for next season. The football we have produced this season (and quite a few before it) has been truly awful, and we wonder why there's a media bias towards Sunderland. Be honest, did anybody like Wimbledon?

Neutrals like to see good, attacking football and unfortunately we don't fit into that category, which is why we only get a few minutes on match of the day. To ask if we'd have settled for 2nd place ages ago is a given, but Reading have shown what can be done if you approach the game the right way. We must do the same.

Of course we would all have accepted it, but it is the method it has been achieved that has been disappointing and a worry for the future

yes but now is the time to get ball players in,you can not play hoofball in the prem but I'm going to enjoy the ride next season and hopefully have my season ticket again.
And before you slate me,I could not afford one for last 2 years but still managed to get to a lot of games but things have changed now so I can again

I wouldn't have settled for second, second being our target or anything like that. But as we gave it a good go to finish first and ended up second, I couldn't care less.
