Well, it just goes to show - if you're a football club from "South of Watford (or wear Red)", you are allowed to cheat!!

What a travesty!!

I wonder how many MOTD pundits will condem Waste Spam for their cheating ways?

I reckon, about as many as the number of times Blues have won the FA cup!!! "no"

I agree with Dave Whelan, it's harsh on Sheffield United, but in the end they couldn't get an equaliser. Now that Wigan stay up, lets see if they pursue this

You are entitled to your opinion Blooboy, but Man United were all over West Ham. Green was man of the match for me, the ref turned down a blatant penalty appeal when Boa Morte brought down O'Shea.

You obviously don't like West Ham, but to suggest Man United threw that game is ridiculous.

It was no surprise, Manure had nothing to play for they didn't give a s*** their minds were more on the "party" afterwards and the FA Cup. One of the other reasons they played a second string team was so they could get their number of appearances up so that they could get their medals. I agree it is a disgrace and I feel gutted for sheffield because it isn't fair. Wet spam should have been docked points but they come from London and we all know that london teams get away with murder.

I wonder what the punishment would have been if, for example A Midland Team who wear "Royal Blue" had commited the crime?

AFC Wimbledon were docked 18 points for fielding an ineligable player not too long ago - whilst I realise that Sheff U, Fulham, Wigan etc only have themselves to blame for being in the position in the 1st place, it does seem to me that there is a large amount of favouritism going on here!!!!

(It doesn't help that I HATE Waste Spam aswell!! :ph43r: :ph43r: :ph43r: )

They are, along with Sheffield United, Fulham and Charlton.

I hope we get Man United last game of next season.

Either that or we get Chelsea last game and Man Utd need us to get a result against them, we put out our reserves. :D

I also would quite like the entire bottom half of the table after Christmas to go out and each sign some ineligible players.

The Premiership has lost a big chunk of respect today.

Well I watched the game and I think they went all out to win, the fact that they weren't at their best doesn't mean they didn't give it 100%. That was an honest game today, and remember Man United have a cup final next week - they also rested a lot of their players midweek against Chelsea but I don't remember a song and dance about that.

If we had a cup final next week we'd have done the same, make no mistake. I think some people's personal feelings are clouding their judgement here, we went down last season because we were rubbish, not because West Ham played a reserve team against Portsmouth (which incidentally was just before another FA Cup match).

And Sheff United were always going to be under pressure as soon as they went 3-0 down to the vile last week, they needed to avoid a 3 goal defeat which would have meant Wigan needing to win by at least two today.

You can't say Man United took it easy today, watch the replay and be honest with yourselves.

all out to win???? erm they didn't play their first team from the offf....Hmmmmm

they left Ronaldo, Scholes, and Giggs on the bench, yeah of course they went all out to win didn't they. i don't have to watch the replay to know that i've never seen Man Utd have balls cut across their back line like they did today, i've not seen such pisch poor shooting, wayne rooney looked like a pub player today(taking it easy) They took Carrick off. Smith looked to have run out of idea's and Solskaer...welll i have no idea how he's in the UTD set up, he's rubbish!! Green man ot the match....yeah i'll agree with that but he had sweet FA to save, be honest what did he save????

I actually feel for him and Sheff utd. If had been his club, bcfc or wigan with the same scandal hanging over them
they / we would have been relegated no question. but because its a london team the favourite of the medai they eascape because the authorities do not have the balls to do what was needed. i really do hope that any legal action taken is succesful and west ham are relegated.

If he had nothing to save, how can you agree that he was man of the match?

I don't buy into this conspiracy nonsense that Man United took it easy, have a pop at the FA if you want but leave it out with the Mel Gibsons.

I'm not saying that Man (we're the PL favourites) United didn't try.

I'm not saying that West (we're Jimmy Hill / Alvin Martin etc PL banker /Multi £Million bet for survival) did not play well enough to earn their own fortune.........

What I'm saying is that they played an ineligable player!!!!!!!

If Bolton, Blackburn, Birmingham or Bognor Regis had done this, we would have been docked points!!!

The integrity of the whole of English football is at stake here.
If Waste Spam are allowed to get away with it, what is to stop us from 'hiring' Ronaldino, Beckham, Ronaldo etc next season for the "Must win game". They might be ineligable, but hey........... If West Ham can do it........................... feed.back

:applause: Exactly what i was going to post.

For me a £5M is nothing for playing a world class international who has kept you up, to earn £50+ M.

I am sure if Sheffield United had named Kaka in their starting line up today they would have been docked points - and rightly so. To play a player against the rules is ridiculous, and our league system is undermined by the decision - if they set this as the rules, then any team can now go out and play ineligible players to keep them up, and if not- Why not, why is it any different.

i was just agreeing he was man of the match, not that he deserved it, he had literally naff all to save, powder puff attack all afternoon. If i was a Mn Utd Fan tonight i'd be seriously wondering what i paid £30+ today for because, United did not perform to how they have been doing all season. I'm sorry but nothing can change my mind on this, United somehow threw that match. they lost 4 x in the league this season.....strange that it was twice to west ham Utd??? Once to Pompey and once to Arsenal, two of those games at Home, Arsenal and the debacle today, it's a scandal!! i for one am sick and tired of the underhanded rubbish thats going on the game today, the FA answer to no one whatsoever, and i for one hope that Wigan continue with their legal action even though they stayed up!!

sorry had to edit that i put Man Utd instead of west ham :lager: :lager: :lager:
