Lots of questions over this area of the field this year.. Do we Play with 5 or 4? Defensive or Attacking? Play with Width? I think it'll be very interesting to see what starts against Sunderland at Home.. (Chelsea will almost certainly be defensive minded). I would like to see... ----- De Ridder/Larsson ------- Muamba/Nafti --------- Kapo --------- McSheffrey ----- Or possibly see Kapo on the left. |

I agree with this, It's the midfield I would love to see including 1 defensive midfielder and 1 attacking. Also, Chelsea/Sunderland could be Nafti's chance to prove himself so lets hope he does well. |

Against Sunderland... ...................Muamba.................... Larsson.........................McSheffrey .....................Kapo........................ |

I disagree. Johnson will match McSheffrey for pace all day. Kapo can beat Johnson in many more ways than just pace. Larsson - Muamba - Nafti - Kapo for me with Sheffers up front with Forssell. |

Kapo is Not a left winger, simple as, square pegs round holes and all that, he is best being played in the left of central midfield, Am seriously beginning to wonder just how much people have seen Kapo play, i watched him about 14 times last year playing for Levante and believe me he is not a left winger. |

He looked the business on the left for Levante when I saw him last year otherwise I wouldn't be recommending that he played there |

It has to be 5, theoretically, 3 with 2 wide strikers. The 4-4-2 aws butchered in the premiership last time around, and i dont think we've improved enough to make it work this innings. We need to be difficult to beat first and foremost, then we can work on the art of winning games. |

Muamba IS NOT a defensive midfielder. He is a box to box midfielder and that second team leaves you too open to attack. |

the 2nd team could be played with kapo like an attacking and then the rest holding back (part from wingers) this would work |
