As my dad is away on holiday for the Bolton home game, me and my mate will be travelling up with the season tickets instead of him.

I was wondering if the 144 bus went anywhere near walking distance from the ground as this would be the best option for me, but i dont think that it does...

Otherwise i can get the train from Longbridge or Droitwich, depending on which is easier, but which train station would i need to get off at? I think im right im saying New Street, but wondering if any are closer.

And from New Street walking is probably the best option im guessing....

All help is much appreciated :)

Whether you get a train from Droitwich or from Longbridge you will arrive into New Street Station. If you want to walk from there, it's around a 20-30 minute walk.

As you come through the exit turnstiles, turn left and exit just past Marks & Spencer. Walk down to the lights, cross over and go into the Bull Ring Shopping Centre. Go down the escalator and walk through to the exit by the side of Greggs. Head off down to the left towards Digbeth High Street - follow this road for around 1/2 mile until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork under the railway bridge, go across the roundabout and up the hill to the ground.
