Fair enough - we'll just have to agree to disgree on this one (mainly because I really should get some work done).

I think what you will find is that if tickets really are not selling then they will drop the price of the restricted view seats which will help fill the ground. k.r.o :banner:

Just been to exchange my season ticket for 2 seats together and i was told the highest up we could sit was either row 9 of the railway end or in the olympic gallery. Even all the single seats around the back of the Tilton have been sold.

The guy serving reckons it will sell out way before the day of the game at this rate.

I still think we'll sell out for definite. I can see all of the tickets being sold before pay on the day, and if their are ANY left, they'll 100% sell.

You're leaving in a dream world, mate.

I can assure you mate that this game will sell-out.

Season ticket holder, & I'm not going.........................................Worse luck!!! Will actually be in the air on our way to Lanzarote, so won't even be able to watch on T.V. But hopfully when we land my phone is going to be full of the type of messages I want to hear! (Going with the wife & a Vile fan & his better half, so one of us is probably going to have a c**p start to the holiday,.......him I hope!) **thumbup

There's plenty of time left to sell the remaining tickets.

Talk about bad timing. Make sure you take a Birmingham City sun strip or something like that for the hire car if you have one. I did this to my mate in Spain a few years ago. Every day for a fortnight there was something new and Blue in the car or the "bungalow". (I refused to call it the v word).

He and his family even spent 3 weeks following my "Blues on Tour" sticker around Florida too, and then we did the double over em. Talk about a Magic Kingdom. As he would say, "It Disney get any better!"

(er, neither do my jokes apparently)

:drink:

ps. I hope you've arranged for a suitable sustitute to take your place on the terrace?

Its a little embarassing that a week before the game we still have tickets available.

Villa sold out there allocation of 2700 with in 24 hours.

If this isn't a sell out hows that going to make us look? Its looks bad enough that we still have tickets available now.

We didn't come anywhere near to selling out against Man Utd and if we can't sell out against Villa our biggest game of the season then something is seriously wrong.

I still can't believe it isn't already a sell out.

4,000 left are you serious?

Thats unbelieveable with less than a week to go.

Our biggest game in almost 2 years and we still haven't sold out with a week to go.

We may still sell out but I have now have my doubts.

To think some people think we need a 50k stadium. What a :LMAO: that is.

Back in the 80's (I think) we only pulled in 29,000 v Vile when the cap at St Andrews was around 43,000 (was 52,500 before the safety standards took effect)

We weren't doing so well at that time either if I recall

Blues fans really are fickle and I'm ashamed to admit it

It also tells you how much faith a lot of folks have in the current regime and sends a clear message IMHO

That's all I'm going to say on the matter

i recall the heady days at st andies when there was 60 thousand at the ground,
what an athmosphere, jumpers for goalposts ,

but great fun ,and those away games,

I personally think its pathetic if we dont sell out! Games like these arent about 'Sullivan and the board' etc there about selling out and getting behind the team. Anyone that isnt going should go buy a ticket or keep quiet in my opinion. Obviously some people on here wont agree but dont get moaning if we dont win cus you could have helped get behind the team if you went down!
