Who cares if it's a sell-out or not? It's about getting 3 points.

It's neither embarrassing nor pathetic not to sell out as people have mentioned. A good result is FAR more important.

As regarding the atmosphere? A sell out crowd doesn't necessarily mean a great atmosphere. Our average gate of 25K make about a quarter of the noise we used to generate with gates of 7K so numbers mean nothing. If blues take the lead the place will be rocking sell out or not.

Can't see it being pay on the day otherwise there would be a danger of the twelve toed brigade sneeking into the Blues end.

If this game was on Saturday at 3pm I would be going.

I am a stickler fot Sat 3pms.

The fact that it is Sunday lunchtime, on Sky, £45 ticket is putting people off.

Of the above it is the KO day/time that has stopped me going. There are other posters out there who are not going, can you tell me why?

Train travel on Sunday rules out just about any match outside of NW England for me.

Plus.

It's Remembrance Day, so I will join my family this year as I have long promised to do and failed.

Some of the stupid reasons people post for not attending.

You are not compelled to come along, many of us travel a long distance for these special games. And whatever happens on the park, it is always a really special day, with many memories to enjoy long after the cost of airfare and tickets are forgotten.

I fondly recall everyone of the Derbies against Vile and Baggies, have many great tales but can't remember what each cost to travel or gain entry to.

Come or don't come but don't post silly reasons for staying home. Those of us going will have a sensational day, we'll scream ourselves silly, cheer on the team and hopefully be part of another memorable victory over the dark side of town.

Ive just spoke to the ticket office and they say they have tickets left in every stand! £25 now for a local derby is good value. Anyone who isnt goin on sunday but will be posting on here after moaning about this and that is pathetic in my opinion. It seems in the last 2-3 years blues fans just seem to moan about everythink possible. We should be a club looking to go forward and we need the fans to help out but i dont seem like that is going to happen. Another thing that is driving me mad is how everyone thinks Roy Keane is a top manager. Bruce spent a 3rd of the money he has and we are above them. Dont seem to add up to me. Anyway thats all i have to say.

Cheers

Are they advertising the price change to sell the remaining tickets.

Is there a way of us contacting the local radio stations and getting this information out in the public.

Just a idea... :Blues:

bcfc on tour, you should direct your anger at our beloved owners who have managed to lose 8000 fans through pure greed.
If you think you can pick up & drop fans when it suits you are even more deluded than the owners.

Personally I think it's a disgrace that me and three mates paid £40 each for a ticket when we could have got them for £25 at a later date.

Maybe because of the fact that I don't want people laughing at the club I support . . . I guess it's a bit too late for that, though. If we don't sell-out our derby match, how do you think that will look?

Do you feel the same when you buy something from a shop at full price and then see it in a sale a few weeks later.

There pricing policy does suck and they do themselves no favours. I understand that. So i am not standing up for them.

It would be nice to see this game sold out though.. :Blues:
