I like to jusy say a few word on the following: I though the ridgewell was at fault for both goals. The second he was no where near that dawf to even challenge for that header. very bad positioning. Nafti and Muamba, cannot play together, neither of them can pass the ball, and find feet to take the pressure off. Both consantly gave the ball away and invited pressure, Now with nafti out its about time we find someone who can sit along side him a distribute the ball with confidance. The vile must have loved coming here and watch us play one up front, what a discrace, as soon as the force came on what a difference it made, we caused problems and it made jeromes headless chicken running around count for something. I was impressed with DDR however I think a quicker ball into the box sometimes like he did for the goal, would prove more successfull. |

Sorry, but IMO DDR was our main (and probably only) creative threat. How many times after we scored did he get the ball again from a blue shirt? virtually none. Therefore after we scored and because he (and the Forse) didnt get the ball, we created almost nothing, and the impetus passed over to them again |

it's all about opinions i guess; it's obvious that Ridgewell was at fault for the first goal, he should have cleared his lines but the 2nd ball in was a tough ball to defend - the error lies with the player who allowed the cross to come in, Kelly i presume (can't recall). i said at the time, show him outside - he had put Young on his weaker foot it would not have happened, Muamba is a great little player but his distribution was often poor, it s a part of his game i hope the coaches are working on but it doesn't seem to be improving any! regarding the Nafti/Muamba partnership, i think we had two players at this club capable of playing in tandem to either of these, one now plays for Leicester but, more importantly, the other is still a Blue player but is on loan to Oldham! i think this game, as well as some others thise season (especially with DJ out) Kilkenny would have relished the opportunity and showed again why he broke into the Prem last time out. for me de Ridder caused them problems but, yes, more early quality balls into the box would have been much better. i stall can't see why, with both Jerome and O'Connor fit - as both were huge doubts - why he didn't go with 4-4-2 from the start. even if Fors only lasted one half he'sgot O'Connor to replace! had we lost Djourou to that dreadful Gareth Barry challenge then we'd have lost by a few more for, once again, making do when we have perfectly good defensive cover (Jaidi/Parnaby) to utilise without the change of formation! |

I think it was Djourou's fault for the 1st goal he was in front off Ridgewell and you could see he stuck his leg out and went to kick it away and then decided to leave it, which ridgewell obviously wasnt expecting. The 2nd goal it was De Ridder that was doing the defendine out wide not Kelly, who by the way had another good game. I agree with you that we should have played 4-4-2. cant be bothered to type anymore - quite a bad hangover, feel awful. :banner: |

Thought DDR was excellent, and I thought when Forssell and Jerome were up front together, they were really causing problems. I think bringing O'Connor on for Jerome upset things a little. If Jerome and the Forss were given longer on the pitch together, we might've scored again. Also, Nafti and Muamba just aren't great distributors of the ball. I think Larsson should play alongside Muamba in the middle now that Nafti is out. Or possibly even Palacios on the middle with Larsson on the left. |

It s time for blues to play with NAFTI -holding like makelele- And another offensive midfield like larsson or palacios And it s time for MUAMBA to stay at home I have to say he s ok player but for the championship and not premierleague NAFTI is more tecnical and much more clever Muamba can t play in this league |
