i do hope nafti's injury is not serious but have got to say it could be a good thing as now bruce will have to play muamba with larsson or kapo in the middle or even dj (god help us). muamba can be the strong hold tackling (which is his strong point) any other the playing midfielder running with the ball feeding forwards and wide men.

nafti is none of the above he sweeps the midfield and passes sideways to fullbacks or backwards to centrebacks

what will be interesting is how we play without nafti. he's vastly under-rated imo, especially by people he should be relying on for support (blues fans!). the next few weeks will tell us i suppose. one thing that may work out well is he may have to miss the african cup of nations tournament....
