It's our biggest game of the season for sure..........If we play like we have been doing then i think we will beat Newcastle on goals scored on the day.

I'll always remember the time Viduka was playing for Middlesbrough at St. Andrews and picked up an injury, when they picked him up on the stretcher the whole ground went "Heave".

i think all we need to do is score first and we halfway there to winning

This is spot on. Scoring first against Tottenham had a huge impact on the rest of the match and gave the whole stadium a massive lift. Strike first (and hopefully early) against Newcastle and we should see the same effect.

I am a great believer in expressing your fears to prevent them coming true, so here goes: (1) ; Newcastle have a couple of quick forwards, Owen to start, Martins as back-up, but our central defrenders prefer larger, slower opposition; (2) Owen always scores against us; (3) Viduka always scores against us; (4) Newcastle seem 'too-good-to-go-down'.

On the other hand:(1) Viduka scored against us for Leeds a few years ago, but we still won 4-1, another game against 'too-goood-to-go-down' opposition; (2) Owen scored against us for Liverpool in our first premiership season, but we still won 2-1; (3) Newcastle's defence is comical; (4) Newcastle's midfield has talent, but is pedestrian, Muamba will be quick enough to stop them and they aren't quick enough to prevent Seb from creating chances.

Here's to an early bath for Barton, an empty bath for Viduka (law of displacement), a nail in the coffin of Owen's England career and tears before bedtime for Keggy.

My worry is we always seem to be the team who end other teams poor runs of form. Newcastle haven't won a game under Keegan and surely they are due one soon? Sod's law it will be us, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed the boys will deliver.

Exactly my fear as well, I don't know if it's true, but we do seem to be a bit of a "gimme" side for teams on a poor run.

same here, im worried about that, its is ussually us to end the other teams poor form. But im still hoping for a blues win would be a massive 3 points

I'd be well gutted if we were the first team since Keegan took over to not get a result!
