I'm not bitter because I haven't got a ticket. A friend of mine got me two yesterday in the "neutral" Putney End. What he said has made me angry..."I'm surprised I got you tickets in the Putney End, I thought you had sold out?" ",no" I replied " we've sold our allocation of 2 or 3 thousand and Fulham won't sell neutrals" "Why didn't you have more blocks, like most away supporters" he asked. Well Blues why? |

From Duncan's Football Ground Guide: What Is It Like For Visiting Supporters? Away fans are housed to one side of the new Putney End Stand, on the river side of the ground. The stand will be shared with home supporters, with away fans being allocated around 3,000 seats, which is just under half of the overall capacity of this stand. So I guess that means we've taken the full away allocation. But as we wouldn't know on here, you need to direct your query direct to the club - try Sarah Gould. Mo x |

The bigger clubs have the whole away end at Fulham, so it clearly is possible. Presumably the away team has to request and be confident they can sell them. As our away support has been pretty poor numerically for a few seasons, it's not surprising they don't have the full amount. |

And presumably, the home side need to be prepared to give up the seats that could be used by their own support. As this is a vital game for Fulham, I would imagine they would have a big take-up from their own support. Mo x |

Your 'friend' is obviously ill informed. The club took the maximum available allocation and there was NO possibility to take any more. |
