The length of time it took the neanderthal sitting behind me to decide that Marcus Bent was a waste of money and he shouldn't be on the pitch.

Seriously, why bother spending your money to watch the side if you're just looking for an excuse to get in a bad mood and start having a go at our own players?

I hate those people!

Nice to see they give players a chance.
They're the first ones up celebrating if he was to score.

I had this bloke infront of me in the Railway for the past 2 seasons (thankfully hes not there no more :D) that constantly moaned and moaned and moaned about anything.

McSheffrey not moving the right way
Zarate not passing the ball
McFadden taking a free kick (against Arsenal...which he then scored)
Larsson for shooting from a free kick (against Liverpool...which he then scored)

And me in the Tilton. He slaughered McLeish, Murphy, O'Connor, McSheffery for the whole match. He was mental, it's only a football match mate, jeez.

I was actually impressed with Bent today, he got back and helped out and then got straight back up the pitch on the counter, he was always willing to get up for the ball and won aa good few headers....

Well played Bent..... (Y)

Btw, i couldnt believe Ridgewell got MOTM, he looked a little shaky still imo, Nafti or Carlsey would have deserved it more...

I had some tw*t behind me who told me to sit down after I stood up to watch a Blues attack. Isn't that what you do at a football game? The attack sort of subsided and I was hlaf standing up / half sitting down.

Wouldn't mind, but everyone in the block infront were standing up!

F*ck off and go to the Library ffs. This was in Block 1...the so called 'Singing corner'. More like sit down with your blanket!

...and what with the mass exodus of fans when the "extra time" was announced - a bet a number of the "walk outs" had to wait until they got home to see the winning goal. If ever there was a lesson to be learnt today - it was never leave a match early!!!

Super Kev - will be quite happy to see more goals from KP

Keep the faith folks!!

Everyone has opinions, i watched the game today in spain and believr me from the first minute i was slating Mcsheffery, if id have been there id have done the same.

Football is a game of opinions in a crowd of 24000 there will be a variation of opinions.

Why slate soemone for having an opinion that differs from yours.

Thats what makes the game of football so great.

Sorry pal, but it's inevitable that standing will occur at the game. It's a law that is near impossible at times to enforce.

Everybody knows it will happen, so if anyone feels that they will be affected by it they should sit in an appropriate seat.

Just out of interest, do you think that slagging McSheffrey off is actually going to benefit his game at all?Yes, occasionally when the crowd got on Bendtner's back it cheesed him off and made him play above himself, but McSheffrey has been getting the treatment for a year and is going backwards as a player. So who is actually benefitting from this?

Are we talking about standing the whole game? or just for corners etc etc ?

Its expected for corners etc as everyone wants to see. and in fairness most people will stand in unison.

But if you're talking about the people who insist on attempting to stand for the whole game then imo thats not on. I take my daughter and my nephew and if people stand in front of them they cannot see whats going on..how is that fair?? have to say the stewards will ensure people sit down when they see whats going on.

If these people want to stand thats fine but maybe its them that should find appropriate seats.

I dont go to many games since the all-seater stadia bullcrap but today I went and had a seat in the back row and I tell you what, it was the best game I have been to in ten years and it was all due to the fact I stood up.

Sitting down at football is the equivalent of standing up at the theatre. After today I actually want to go again if I can sit in the back row. Anything else and you can shove it up your backside.

Football is about passion and loving what you are seeing. Sitting down neutralises everything good about live football.

Its hihhly unlikely that it helps matters of course.

All im saying that football is a passionate game and sometimes people (all of us) shout rubbish about players from time to time.

As for Mcsheff hes been rubbish for a year now but in his defence (and i could be totally wrong) i dont actually think playing as a left winger is helping him, i would like to see him play as a midfielder in the centre for a while, i do actually think that might improve the teams creativity and see him in a different light, after all you cant fault his workrate etc its just i dont think he is a genuine left winger.

I agree with you Stevo, the modern day bluenose that attend the home games are an embarrassment to the club.I hate home games now they are so boring with the prawnsandwich brigade occupying four stands. As for the singing area lol thats the biggest load of !"£$ ive ever heard.Anybody that reading this that sat in this area leave your library card at home next time. Some tool told me to sit down and shut up in the Tilton yesterday.WTF are these idiots doing at a football match. The point of being there is to be heard and support the team.I for one wont be quiet for those divs that refuse to sing, ill just have to be loader to make up for new breed of supportor.

Be load and proud.
