Have I missed something? Ever present last season and not present today. I have been away all week so perhaps I have missed something

Parnaby had been picked ahead of Kelly all throughout the friendlies as well, and Kelly's injury hadnt been reported anywhere lately, on all the sporting website previews. Not sure about Parnaby today, had a quiet game, but feel more at ease when Kelly is there, Mr Reliable **thumbup

Thought Parnaby did ok. Played some good passes. Better at going forward than Kelly. Think Kelly is better under pressure ab=nd those trade mark last ditch tackles.

I'm suprised the conspiracy theorists haven't got their teeth into this one. An ever present last season picks up an injury for the 1st game.

Anyway Parnaby had a very good game today, in the 1st half I think he was an important part of the passing game we played. I think Kelly would have stuggled a bit more if it was him involved.

But it did cross my mind to play Kelly or Parnaby in the centre if we needed to.

picked up an injury in the warm up before the game, but should be back next week.

i thought parnaby did alright though in kelly's absence.

seems like he is up for the competition in that right back spot.

Kelly got injured in the warm up which is extremely ironic considering the man played every minute of every Premiership game last year, and then first match after that hes injured for.

I prefer Kelly's defensive qualities to Parnaby's but I think id go for Parnaby's attacking qualities over Kelly's which makes for good competition at right back.

I know that, kelly was ever present last season, did'nt miss ONE whole minute last season, and the start of the new season.... He misses it!!

Thats typical.

I did enjoy Parnaby taking two players out at once mind!! :LMAO:
