Cloudy and drizzly, but all the snow has cleared and so there's no reason why the game won't go ahead. Wind's still horrible mind. |

I'd come and pick a few of you up and give you a lift, but getting to Brum by boat is a nightmare... |

Attention Pompey-based blunoses - what's the weather doing now and from now on? I only ask because I have noticed that already 3 games have been called-off due to waterlogged pitches. It was mentioned that this is due to a combination of melting snow and rainfall. I understand Fratton Park was snow-covered so the same might happen there, if you get rainfall. |

It's not rained all day, but looks quite gloomy. Best thing to do if you're travelling is check the Portsmouth Evening News website. |

My fear of yesterday has come true. Just logged in and notice our game is off. Portsmouth FC are a joke in respect of being a Prem club. I am glad they're going down, although we have one disadvantage if they do...our main stand becomes the worst stand in the Premiership. |

and Blackburn and West Ham.....they still have old structures on one side of their pitches The Fulham stand is 'listed' isn't it ?? That's a nice old stand looking from the street side |

It never bothered Cov when they were at Highfield Road. A stand used to burn down every other year and the insurance helped rebuild a tarty new one. :D Then they dumped about 10 million tons of concrete on the open end to reduce the size - put seats on the remaining bit ( all uncovered) and expected visiting fans to sit there. That was Jimmy Hill being "ahead" of the game in terms of all-seater stadia like. Pr@tt. |
