Pretty sure he had a trial at the Baggies last season. They didn't sign him so, you have to wonder how good he is.

Something like that. Just using Birmingham City as a gateway for boosting the national teams chances of success

So why would our owners from Hong Kong bring in South Koreans?

You never know, this lad could be the next Park Ji-Sung. I'd love that type of hard working, skillful and tricky player in our side.

Look at Chung Yong Lee at Bolton too... He looks a good player so far, 4 goals in 12 games...

If he's going to join on loan for 18 months and then only cost £1 million I don't see what we have to lose...

This guy is nothing special, but perhaps as a squad player he may do a job. Surely people are not expecting him to come in and be the first name on the team sheet?

Also to add that this (according to News Now Articles) is a player that McLeish has been tracking for a while.

I like the way that he immediately gets compared to a South Korean player, what is there to say that he is going to be as good just because hes Korean?

I would hope this rumour is trash, no better then Mcsheffers or Fahey on the left from first impressions IMO

All part of getting us over in Asia **thumbup

I would not rule out a move for Man Utd Park at some point in the future and you can be sure if Yeung had taken over prior to the close of the Transfer Window in the summer maybe we would have signed China captain Zheng Zhi **thumbup

Who knows what he's like really until we've seen him play properly? If he's been scouted by Blues and they feel like its a worthwhile signing, then who are we to disagree.

Found a youtube video, in these highlights I think he looks pretty average, makes a few good off-the-ball runs, definately looks like hes got determination and work rate .. But you cant really tell wether the lad has any raw quality ... (Takes a mean free-kick though in one of the clips)
