Just a quick one i have just spoken to Everton it is pay on the day for those deciding to go today. Tickets available from Bullens Ticket office only @£23 each from 12:30pm only. We as of last night sent 1200 back so lets try and get as many there as possible, She said its the first time Everton have done a Pay on the Day for away fans in over 4 years. they only made the decision t sell on the day today as they have not had to do it for so long. How embarrassing is this. |

Neither can Everton sell out to their own fans. Hence pay on the day for the first time in years. Its a mixture of many things. Travel and ticket costs and the fact that many working people will not be paid before next weekend, which is a long time from before Christmas when you have all that that entails. If we get a replay you will see the difference. Keep the faith, don't despair. Rome wasn't built in a day. And such cliches. :D |

I think one of the main problems they have is that many people dont neccsarily live/work in the town of the club they support. I work in London and can't get to the coaches byy 10:30. What I would have wanted to do is travel up to Everton myself picked up my ticket the got the coach back. but theycant offer this flexibility. I dont see why Im sure there would be a seat free on the coach and Im sure they could get the money. Why couldnt I pay for the seat in advance. It's daft. Lets be honest they only just put in lowlevel card readers this year. It's stupid but they arent very good at taking money and help ther fans support the team. If you cant turn up and go along with their standard service you are ruled out. I also didnt know it was pay on the day until this morning otherwise I would have went up. |

Plain and simple - the FA Cup is a second-class compertition now. The exaggerated riches of the Prem League have made certain of that. The clubs have made the FA Cup non-priority and consequently the fans have. These low attendances have been the norm for over 10 years now. |

Ask yourself a question, would you rather pay the £50+ for tickets and travel and food and what have you for today, or pay for the Spurs game. I know that a lot of us can't afford both. I was expecting Fulham to be a lot cheaper as well to be honest. |
